‘Thinking about therapy’ is the blog section of my website. I use it to share some of my thoughts on counselling and to help potential clients think about whether I’m the right therapist for them. Some posts are aimed at people looking for help, while some are written more for those coming across my site in a helping role. Sometimes, of course, these are the same people.
