People describe me as calm, empathic and unjudgmental. I’m down-to-earth and welcome the many ways that people might express themselves during therapy. I’m comfortable with strong feelings and hearing and talking about things that people often find difficult. I have a playful sense of humour and enjoy celebrating successes in my work with clients.

I’m creative, resourceful and like to reflect critically on how I can improve my work. I’m committed to continuing to make my practice more accessible and inclusive.
I’m a qualified integrative counsellor. I’m a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), abide by their ethical framework, and maintain professional indemnity insurance for my work.
